CONVERTER

The MTL5042 converts a low-level dc signal from a temperature sensor
mounted in a hazardous area into a 4/20mA current for driving a
safe-area load. Software selectable features include linearisation,
ranging, monitoring, testing and tagging for eight thermocouple
types and 2-, 3- or 4-wire RTDs. For thermocouples requiring coldjunction compensation, the HAZ-CJC plug can be ordered with the
product, and includes an integral CJC sensor.

安全柵應(yīng)安裝在非危險(xiǎn)場(chǎng)所。
安全柵通往現(xiàn)場(chǎng)(危險(xiǎn)場(chǎng)所)的軟銅導(dǎo)線截面積必須大于0.5mm²。
連接導(dǎo)線的絕緣強(qiáng)度大于500V。
安全柵本安端(有藍(lán)色標(biāo)記)和非本安端電路配線，不得接錯(cuò)和混淆。本安導(dǎo)線宜選用藍(lán)色作為本安標(biāo)記。本安導(dǎo)線和非本安導(dǎo)線在匯線槽中應(yīng)分開鋪設(shè)，采用各自保護(hù)套管。安全柵的本安
側(cè)，不允許混淆有其它電源，包括其它本安電路的電源。
安全柵與一次儀表組成本安安全防爆系統(tǒng)時(shí)，必須經(jīng)國(guó)家指定的防爆檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)檢驗(yàn)認(rèn)可。PH系列安全柵安全柵由國(guó)家防爆電氣監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)中心，給出的Co，Lo分布參數(shù)是相對(duì)與ⅡC級(jí)(氫氣級(jí))
的最大允許值對(duì)于ⅡB級(jí)環(huán)境可把該參數(shù)乘以3，對(duì)于ⅡA級(jí)環(huán)境可把該參數(shù)乘以8。傳輸線選用不同規(guī)格的電纜時(shí)，其本身的電纜參數(shù)應(yīng)予高度重視，不得超過規(guī)定值。
對(duì)安全柵進(jìn)行單獨(dú)通電調(diào)試時(shí)，必須注意安全柵的型號(hào)、電源極性、電壓等級(jí)及安全柵外殼接線端上的標(biāo)號(hào)。
嚴(yán)禁用兆歐表測(cè)試隔離安全柵端子之間的絕緣性。若要檢查系統(tǒng)線路絕緣性時(shí)，應(yīng)先斷開全部安全柵接線，否則會(huì)引起內(nèi)部器件損壞。
