          The MTL5074 converts a low-level dc signal from a temperature sensor
          mounted in a hazardous area into a 4/20mA current for driving a
          safe-area load. Software selectable features include linearisation,
          ranging, monitoring, testing and tagging for eight thermocouple
          types and 2-, 3- or 4-wire RTDs. For thermocouples requiring coldjunction compensation, the HAZ-CJC plug can be ordered with the
          product, and includes an integral CJC sensor.

          1.安全柵應安裝在安全場所,并且環(huán)境條件滿足《安全柵選型樣本》中的“使用條件”的要求。

          2. 隔離式安全柵本安端(藍色端)和非本安端電路的連接導線在匯線槽中應分開鋪設,各自采用獨立的保護套管。本安側的配線管道內不允許有其它電源線,包括其本安電路使用的電源線。

          3.通往危險場所的導線應選用有藍色標記的本安導線,導線的軟銅面積必須大于0.5mm2,絕緣強度應大于500V。

          4. 在對隔離式安全柵進行通電調試前,必須注意隔離式安全柵的型號、接線方法、線路極性等是否符合設計及產品要求中的規(guī)定,否則可能對人身及設備造成傷害。

          5.嚴禁用兆歐表測試隔離式安全柵端子之間的絕緣強度。如要檢查系統(tǒng)的絕緣強度,應先斷開全部隔離式安全柵的接線,否則可能引起安全柵內部電路損壞。

          6. 在現(xiàn)場對安全柵進行編程前,必須先將所有接線斷開再接入編程器,然后通電編程,否則可能引起不良后果。

          7.與隔離式安全柵相連接的現(xiàn)場儀表,均應采用通過經(jīng)國家認定的有關防爆檢驗部門進行防爆試驗、并取得防爆合格證的儀表。

          8. 在設計、安裝、使用、維護隔離式安全柵時,應同時遵守本產品使用手冊中的說明及《GB3836.15-2000爆炸性氣體環(huán)境用電氣設備第15部分:危險場所電氣安裝(煤礦除外)》及

          《GB50058-1992爆炸和火災危險環(huán)境電力設置設計規(guī)范 》。
