PROXIMITY DETECTOR
INTERFACE
single-channel, with line fault detection
and phase reversal
The MTL5011B enables a safe-area load to be controlled by a switch
or proximity detector located in a hazardous area. A relay output
is provided. Phase reversal control allows an alarm condition to be
signalled for either state of the sensor. A selectable line fault detect
(LFD) facility detects an open or short circuit in the field circuit.

1、安全柵應(yīng)安裝在非危險(xiǎn)場所。
2、安全柵通往現(xiàn)場(危險(xiǎn)場所)的軟銅導(dǎo)線截面積必須大于0.5mm²。
3、連接導(dǎo)線的絕緣強(qiáng)度大于500V。
4、本安端(有藍(lán)色標(biāo)記)和非本安端電路配線,不得接錯和混淆。本安導(dǎo)線宜選用藍(lán)色作為本安標(biāo)記。本安導(dǎo)線和非本安導(dǎo)線在匯線槽中應(yīng)分開鋪設(shè),采用各自保護(hù)套管。安全柵的本安側(cè),不允
許混淆有其它電源,包括其它本安電路的電源。
5、安全柵與一次儀表組成本安安全防爆系統(tǒng)時(shí),必須經(jīng)國家指定的防爆檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)檢驗(yàn)認(rèn)可。PH系列安全柵安全柵由國家防爆電氣監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)中心,給出的Co,Lo分布參數(shù)是相對與ⅡC級(氫氣級)
的最大允許值對于ⅡB級環(huán)境可把該參數(shù)乘以3,對于ⅡA級環(huán)境可把該參數(shù)乘以8。傳輸線選用不同規(guī)格的電纜時(shí),其本身的電纜參數(shù)應(yīng)予高度重視,不得超過規(guī)定值。
6、對安全柵進(jìn)行單獨(dú)通電調(diào)試時(shí),必須注意安全柵的型號、電源極性、電壓等級及安全柵外殼接線端上的標(biāo)號。
7、嚴(yán)禁用兆歐表測試隔離安全柵端子之間的絕緣性。若要檢查系統(tǒng)線路絕緣性時(shí),應(yīng)先斷開全部安全柵接線,否則會引起內(nèi)部器件損壞。
